Allow us to describe a very common situation. You have lived in your home for a while and occasionally mop your tile and grout floor to keep it clean and tidy. You’re noticing that your normal mopping method just isn’t cutting it and so you add a little more clean solution and you’ve once again reclaimed the clean status of your tile and grout floor. A few weeks goes by and you notice your tile and grout floor looks dirty again and you begin mopping it but your even stronger cleaning solution isn’t working so you let out a heavy sigh and decide to use the heavy duty approach. There you are with a bucket of your trusty cleaning solution and brush and after an hour or so of light scrubbing you’ve once again reclaimed the clean status of your tile and grout floor. Finally, another couple of weeks go by and the floor is once again dirty looking and you shuffle your feet to gather your cleaning supplies. This time you really had to scrub the floor and it took twice as long, your back and your knees are sore and you just can’t fathom having to do that again.
Our Tile & Grout Cleaning Process
We apply our tile and grout cleaning solution to the tile and grout. Our cleaning solution is family and pet safe but still strong enough to break up stubborn dirt and oils. The cleaning solution breaks up these soils from deep within the tile and grout.
We agitate the grout lines to help the cleaning solution break down the soils even better. When needed, we’ll also mechanically scrub the tile face as well. This part of the process really helps us to get the results our clients know and love.
Rinse & Extract
Now that we have broken up all of the soils they are now ready to be extracted. Our specialized tile and grout cleaning tool rinses and extracts the dirt and cleaning solution, leaving the floor clean and looking great. We have the benefits of a pressure washing machine with powerful extraction for a no mess deep tile and grout cleaning.
After your tile and grout is fresh and clean we highly recommend having us seal the grout to keep it cleaner longer. The grout sealer makes it difficult for soils and liquid to penetrate the grout so that cleaning up spills and regular maintenance is easy. What you receive is tile and grout that stays cleaner longer. It also makes regular professional cleanings easier so that no extra processes are necessary.
